cia redesign

sketched this about four months ago, never got around to touching it up till now.
anyways, i always wanted to do one of those redesign things because we all know cia's attire is a fashion disaster and probably the most blatant fanservice  that sticks out as well as people knowing it right off the bat in that game (besides the ship baiting fanservice in the game).

so i decided instead of doing a whole redesign, i took things i like from her finalized design and her beta and combined the two.
